Know someone buying, renewing or refinancing? Send us their name and number. Ardy's team takes it from there, and you're paid by Mortgage Associates Ontario Inc. when their mortgage funds.

Refer & Earn program terms
- Rewards are paid by Mortgage Associates Ontario Inc., and only after the referred mortgage funds through Ardy Toosi or his licensed team.
- Real estate agents and other RECO registrants are paid only through their brokerage, never directly.
- Referrers pass along contact details only. Please don't collect documents, quote rates or give mortgage advice. Ardy's team handles everything else.
- Your contact must agree to be contacted. They receive a written disclosure that you may be paid at the time of the referral. We can send it for you.
- One reward per funded mortgage. If two people refer the same person, the first referral we receive counts.
- You can't earn a reward on a mortgage where you are a borrower.
- We'll tell you when your referral funds. We never share their financial details with you.
- Rewards may count as taxable income. The program can change or end at any time, and referrals that already funded will be honoured.
- Reward for referrers who aren't real estate agents: set out on this page when you refer. For agents, the referral fee is paid to your brokerage and shared under your brokerage agreement.
